Ingredients For Spicy Tahini Sauce
This delicious sauce requires just three ingredients that we almost have in our pantry all the time.
Tahini: Make fresh tahini sauce at home with roasted sesame seeds or get a good high-quality tahini sauce from the market. Always check the best before the date of the tahini sauce as it gets bitter as it gets older.
Lemon Juice: Always use freshly squeezed lemon juice as it will make a difference.
Sriracha Sauce: Any hot sauce will do here, which lets you adjust the spice to your personal preference. We love Sriracha sauce as it has a strong chili flavor with a slight tang.
How To Make The Sauce?
This sauce is as easy to make as it looks, simply whisk all three ingredients together and it is ready to serve. No blender or any other special equipment is required. Hand whisk will do the task.

Quick Tips
- You can also use chili garlic sauce instead of sriracha sauce. It will add a nice garlic flavor and some sweetness to the sauce.
- You can use brown sugar to add a sweet flavor. I like it this way with noodle bowls.
