    • Rolled Oats: I prefer rolled oats because they soften perfectly overnight. Quick oats work too, but avoid steel-cut oats—they need cooking to taste good. Ensure your oats are fresh, as expired ones can make your recipe taste bitter (trust me, I’ve been there!). 
    • Almond Milk: Almond milk is a great option, but any non-dairy milk works well. It helps soften the oats and adds flavor without overpowering the dish. 
    • Vanilla Vegan Yogurt: This is a game-changer! It adds the perfect tangy flavor and creaminess, making your oats taste even more delicious. 
    • Chia Seeds: These tiny seeds not only add texture but also thicken the oats to a nice, pudding-like consistency. 
    • Maple Syrup: The best natural sweetener for overnight oats. Since mangoes are already sweet, just a small splash is all you need.

    • ½ cup Rolled Oats
    • ½ cup Mango Diced (fresh or frozen)
    • ½ cup Almond Milk
