Batata Harrah

Canola oil
(For Frying)

Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes in cubes. Boil for 5 minutes in salted water.
Heat canola oil and fry potatoes until crisp. Remove onto a paper towel-lined plate.
In another pan heat oil and fry minced garlic, chili paste, lemon juice, and finely chopped cilantro, sauté then add the potatoes and mix well.
Garnish with some more cilantro and Serve Immediately Enjoy!
