Notes
Make sure melted butter is still warm to slightly hot when mixing in sugar to get that butterscotch flavor in your blondies. Do not ignore the sift in the flour process. Sifted flour is much lighter and airier than unsifted flour and is easier to mix with other ingredients. Do not over-mix the mixture. Blondies are meant to be gooey so to achieve the perfect blondie texture on the inside make sure you bake them for just the right amount of time and don't overbake them. Allow the blondies to completely cool on the cooling rack before slicing them.
