Instructions
Wash the spinach thoroughly. Make sure there are no dirt particles on the leaves.
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
In a high-speed blend or smoothie maker add spinach leaves, apple cubes, banana, and coconut water.
Throw in some ice cubes to make it cold and refreshing.
Blend it until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no apple chunks.
Pour into the glasses and top it with optional extras like coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, or some hemp seed to add some extra protein.
