Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dates deseed it
  • 1 tbs Margarine
  • 2 tbs Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbs Almonds
  • 5 pcs Tea Biscuit
  • 2 tbs Pistachio
  • 2 tbs Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Grind the deseeded dates and keep them aside.
  • Heat a pan and melt margarine, add the ground dates and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes over medium flame stirring continuously.
  • Add the chopped almonds and cashew nuts to this and combine evenly. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Remove from flame. Add tea biscuit pieces and let it cool for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Grease your hands and roll the whole date and nut mixture to a cylindrical shape. Wrap it in a butter paper and cool it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Unwrap the roll and cut it into two pieces. Spread desiccated coconut on the butter paper and roll the prepared dates roll on it.
